Breathe In, Breathe Out" is a short film exploring everyday moments shaped by sudden panic. Four situations that begins at the tipping point—just as something disrupts the ordinary—and follows the emotional and physical ripple effects. Through these fragments, the film portrays a contemporary mental state marked by anxiety, vulnerability, and a sense of powerlessness. It is a cinematic meditation on how fragile and small we are when life slips out of control.
