Meet the jury.
Ben Vandendaele
Bio: Versatile is a producer, sales agent and distributor. He now lives in Brussels where he studied film editing at the Rits School of Arts. He is the founder of two companies: the production company ‘Bekke Films’ and ‘Radiator IP Sales’ with which he represents, distributes and sells a total of 100 short films and several feature films to date. These films have been selected and awarded at multiple international film festivals, including Berlinale, Cannes, Clermont-Ferrand, Sundance, SXSW, Locarno, Venice,…
Ben is also a member of European Film Academy.
Sirin Eide
Sirin Eide is a filmmaker, teacher and expressive art therapist. She has worked in the film industry since 1983 as a director, writer, dramaturg, commisioning editor and workshop-holder for developing projects. She has directed documentaries, fiction films and several televison series for NRK and TV2. She holds a degree from Volda University college, with additional qualifications from producer schooling in NRK, Dramatic institute in Sweden and several different film developing labs in NFI. Currently she is working in Viken filmsenter with talent development.
Kalle Løchen
Kalle Løchen is a film communicator.
He has been the editor of the film magazine ‘Film & Kino’ and a film consultant at the Norwegian Film Institute, the Central Norwegian Film Center and the Viken Film Center.
He is a teacher at Milan upper secondary school, the Norwegian Film School, OsloMet, Oslo School of Photography and Kristiania University College.
