Synopsis
In a small rural village, a young boy befriends Fernand and Andrée, a farmer couple who, at 80 years old, find themselves at trouble feeding their remaining livestock.
Director Biography
Sébastien Pins is a 30-year-old Belgian director. Through the power of the sound and the images of his movies, Sébastien wants to move his audience to become actors in the preservation of nature and biodiversity.
In 2012, he directed the short film “My forest”, and in 2014 “A passion of gold and fire”. His work was selected in over a hundred festivals, where it often won awards. Sébastien is supported by the UNO and by emblematic celebrities like Hugo Reeves, Marion Cotillard, Frédéric Back, Ségolène Royal and Thierry Machado.
At the start of 2019, he completed “Traces”, which won dozens of awards, even during a pandemic.
In 2021, he finishes the post-production of “When the swallows fly away”, a short film about a tragedy in the life of a couple of old farmers.
