Synopsis
While preparing the details for his own funeral, an elderly man realises that he will be celebrating Christmas alone. Unable to fall asleep, he decides to spend the holiday at the grave of his deceased wife.
Director Biography
Peter Vulchev
Peter Vulchev is a Bulgarian director, writer, photographer, and producer. He studied photography and cinema at the National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts “Krastyo Sarafov.” Over the past twelve years, Vulchev has written and directed four short films: Shh… Sing to Me! (2013), A Monologue in the Intermission (2018), Good Night, Lily (2021), and And That’s for This Christmas (2024). These works have garnered significant international acclaim and have been featured at renowned film festivals. Notably, Good Night, Lily was selected as Bulgaria’s official submission for the Oscars in the Best Live Action Short Film category in 2022.
