Sinopsis

A film which explores the issue of disappearing kelp forests along the Norwegian coast, and what consequences that has for life in the ocean and for us, with a focus on a vulnerable species of shark, the spurdog.

 

Director Biography

Arnbjørg Aagesen is a Norwegian underwater photographer and filmmaker. After having studied Marine and Natural History Photography at Falmouth University, she did a masters in media practices at Volda University College, focusing on documentary film. “The Shark in the Forest” is her graduate film.

Arnbjørg wishes to create awareness about marine life and environmental issues through her photography and films.
